Esmay is a Barrowite born and bred and if you’ve not spotted her around the village, you will almost certainly have seen her at some point if you are a diner at the Brookfield.
Having now reached the grand old age of 17 and in training, Esmay will now be gracing that hallowed ground behind the bar and as can be seen has already mastered the pouring of the black stuff (other beverages are available).
